We want you to be perfectly happy with your Solid Line purchases. Excepting custom-printed products, you may return any purchase you make from our online store within 30 days for a full refund minus shipping charges. If your purchase qualified for free shipping, we will deduct $15 for each item you return.
We do not accept returns on custom printed products since they are made especially for you. We will, however, accept keyboard returns if selected as an option. We also do not accept returns on products purchased from our resellers. With proof of purchase, we will, however, happily exchange or repair products still under warranty that are purchased from our partners or resellers.
How do I return a product for refund or warranty service?
Send an email to email@example.com with PRODUCT RETURN REQUEST on the subject line if you purchased an item from our store and would like a refund. Tell us your name, address, telephone numbers, order number and the reason for your return. If you purchased an item from one our resellers and need warranty service, send us a scanned copy of the receipt. If you don't have a scanner, you may contact our Customer Service Department for alternate ways to provide proof of purchase.
Within one (1) business day of receiving your email, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Place the item in its original packaging in a shipping box, being careful to note the RMA number on the outside of the box or on your shipping label. Products received in our warehouse without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
How long will take for me to get my refund?
Your return will be inspected by our Fulfillment Center within three (3) business days of receipt. If the item is being returned for a refund, the Fulfillment Center will inspect the item to make sure that the original packaging is intact and that the unit can be resold as new. Once the return is confirmed and approved for refund by our Fulfillment Center, we will process your refund according to your original method of payment, i.e., we'll refund your credit card or send your funds through Paypal within five (5) business days. Please note that your credit card company may take an additional 2-10 business days before applying it to your account.
