QUALITY GUARANTEE Solid Line Products warrants your RightShift keyboard case to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship. We carefully inspect your order before we ship it. Please inspect your case upon receipt and notify us immediately if there is damage.
RETURN POLICY We want you to be happy with your keyboard case. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund, less expedited shipping charges, if applicable, within 30 days of receipt. If your order qualified for free shipping, you will be refunded the purchase amount less $15.
ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON THE KEYBOARD
Solid Line Products warrants the RightShift™ Bluetooth® keyboard to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. If a defect exists, Solid Line Products will, at its option, repair or replace the keyboard. This Limited Warranty excludes problems that arise as a result of improper maintenance, modification, misuse, and usage not in accordance with product instructions or any other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship. If we replace or repair the keyboard during the warranty period, the replacement keyboard will assume the remaining warranty of the original product or 90 days, whichever is longer. A request for warranty service must be requested from Solid Line’s Customer Service Department during the limited warranty period. If limited warranty service is required, Solid Line will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. The Product must be shipped back to Solid Line in its original or equivalent packaging; shipping charges must be prepaid. Solid Line will ship the repaired or replacement product freight prepaid to U.S. continental addresses. Shipments to other locations will be made freight collect.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY
• Cosmetic damage due to normal wear and tear.
• Damage due to accidents, misuse, physical force, improper installation or operation, mishandling,neglect, fire, heat, water, humidity, liquids, or other intrusion.
• Products that have been repaired, altered or modified by anyone other than Solid Line Products or its authorized service representatives.
• Products purchased, shipped from, used or serviced outside the United States.
